"I've always believed that every handcrafted piece carries a story—of the artisan who created it, the tradition it represents, and the home it eventually becomes a part of. My journey began with a desire to bring these stories to more people and celebrate the incredible craftsmanship of India."
Bhawna Agrawal grew up in Firozabad, a region surrounded by some of India's most renowned craft clusters. From an early age, she witnessed the remarkable artistry of craftsmen from Moradabad, Khurja, Saharanpur, Aligarh, and many other towns known for their rich heritage of metalwork, ceramics, woodcraft, and decorative arts. These experiences nurtured a deep appreciation for India's artisanal traditions and the skilled hands behind them.
After moving to Kolkata, Bhawna transformed this passion into a purpose-driven venture. Inspired by the craftsmanship she had grown up admiring, she began working closely with artisans across Uttar Pradesh to create a collection that blends heritage with contemporary aesthetics. Many of the pieces are thoughtfully designed by Bhawna herself, while others are carefully handpicked from artisan communities she has built relationships with over the years.
Her vision is to preserve and promote India's traditional crafts while making them relevant for modern homes. Through every collection, Bhawna seeks to support artisan livelihoods, celebrate regional craftsmanship, and bring timeless, handcrafted beauty into everyday living.
